New member
hello; I started a modified CKD diet and Im wondering if a 5x5 weight routine would be benificial on this diet. I usually do cardio 4-5 times a week with 2 sessions being HIIT.(only15-20m mins) here is the routine I devised.

stats:

26 years old
268 lbs
25% bf

Supps:
physilium husk
multi vitmin
ECA stack (3 weeks on 1 week off)Off week I have thermorexin
Glucorell R only on carb-up

Mon
morning cardio- 20 mins HITT
benchpress 5x5
tricep overhead ext 5x5

tues- just cardio 45 mins

Wed
morning cardio 15-20 mins of HIIT
Barbell rows 5x5
Barbell curls 5x5

thurs just cardio usually 45 mins

Friday
squats 5x5
shoulder press 5x5

Sat 45 mins cardio

Sun. carb up

Should I add more exercises or just limit myself to one exercise per body part?
Im trying to perserve my strength while cutting a ton of bf off. Any input would be greatly appreaciated. thank you

this is an alright routine...i'd suggest you add more exercises for sure though...benching and tricep overheads to take up 1 day of lifting? if i was you i'd go on the novice 5x5 routine i'm currently doing right now:

all credit goes to madcow2 for this post and great routine:

the only thing i do differently is instead of his ab workout i do 5x5 abs and i do all the way declined bench and lower myself until i'm parallel to the floor and hold my position for 5 slow seconds then lower and go back up 5x - burns so good :) (credits go to needsize for that suggestion)

since this is a 3-day lifting routine that will get you in better shape than your current routine i'd suggest you try it out and do cardio on days in between or maybe early AM if you plan on lifting in afternoon or night
