5x5 lifts

Overrated, full body workouts 3 times a weak with a set in stone progression. Boring, too light in the beginning and then too heavy at the end. Its pretty frequent at start, and as the intensity increases the frequency never changes.

Have some fun in the gym, make a split and be sure to have squatting, deads, rows n benches as the primary foundation with a little isolation for da pump on the side
