THis routine increased all my lifts, I do the routine from time to time because it overtrains me very quickly like about week 8 or so. R u finding the same problem with overtraining?

Varga said:I think you maxed out too soon on this lift. Back off for sure, that's a good idea. Skip one or two MP workouts then go back to it. Replace the MP with similar exercise but do lighter weights!! You can overtrain very quick on this routine, at least I did!
