I was supposed to just finish up my 2nd week on the 5x5 program and I was trying to do a very strict trial run but I already fucked it up. I got hurt during my wednesday workout and I was going to c if I was ok to go after resting on thursday- I was still in a lot of pain so I took an additional day of rest on friday (planning to do my friday workout on saturday). Went to the gym last night to find that they were CLOSED due to new hours, so I basically missed that workout regardless. Question is this... should I proceed through the week 3 weights I had planned regardless of the fact that I missed the friday workout or should I just do week two over and in essence eventually do 5 weeks in the volume phase? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
