5x5 for bulking, ? for cutting

yes yes i know that...let me get technical.

while cutting and on a strict cutting diet (assuming my diet is PERFECT), are there any good work out routines that can be recommended to do while cutting? like 5x10 or 5x15 and do i go up in weight or stay the same week to week? stick with the same exercises on the 5x5 or add a few different ones into the mix? asking for advice for the gym part of the cutting cycle basically.
 
I made the mistake of thinking you were supposed to to higher reps with less weight while cutting. I lost weight due to my diet, but I lost a lot of strength. It really set me back. IMO, you should keep the 5x5. You may not be able to increase your weights much, if at all, but try to hold onto as much strength as you can.
 
u can lose alot of weight on the 5x5, honestly it kills me. if u do it correctly, for me atleast it burns more calories than HST, while building muscle. to gain weight on 5x5 persoanlly i have to eat a TON OF FOOD, all that squatting burns calories like none other.
