monday and thurs.
bench press 5x5
bentover row 5x5
barbell curl 2x5
tricep pushdown 2x5

tuesday and friday
squats 5x5
leg curl 5x5
seated calf raise 2x5
leg raises 5x5

I want to add some excersizes like upright rows and a couple others. do you think it is a good idea or should i stick with that. any suggetions would be appreciated.

i have read those. this is a diffrent 5x5 I got off bodybuilding.com. I was just wondering if that 5x5 looks alright????
 
Picking some exercises and putting 5x5 after them is not really a "program." Since you've read madcow's stuff in the training vault, what specific questions do you have?
