ive only been lifting for a about 1.5-2 years 1 year solid. i started with the 3x5 and am now doing the 5x5 and am bulking up as well all natty.
my question is while im doing the 5x5 what might i add to help get more visual development in my chest. im still making strength gains with the program it just seems that i have a lagging visual development with chest.
i was thinking of doing omega chest program after m and f workout
or is this problem just something that fix itself with time?
