5x5 and more question

ive only been lifting for a about 1.5-2 years 1 year solid. i started with the 3x5 and am now doing the 5x5 and am bulking up as well all natty.

my question is while im doing the 5x5 what might i add to help get more visual development in my chest. im still making strength gains with the program it just seems that i have a lagging visual development with chest.

i was thinking of doing omega chest program after m and f workout

or is this problem just something that fix itself with time?
 
hi ,i love doing needsizes 5x5,it incorporates a compound evercise for 5x5 and isolations for 2x10reps,for example chest could be,bench press 5x5,flies 2x10reps,dips2x10reps.so you are hitting the slow and fast twitch fibres ,great for strenghth and hypertrophy.just google needsize 5x5
 
yeah im assuming its a time thing. just impatient at times :)

Have you tried doing dumbbells flys and presses? Maybe your Pecs need to be shocked, need to change up once in a while. Dumbbells
offer a better range of motion, plus you are strecthing the muscle also. Much needed for growth.
 
well im doing the 5x5 routine and on mondays ive started doing db bench super setted with db flys very slow very concentrated trying to keep tension on the pec as much as possible.. im gonna keep doing this for awhile until the additional workout starts hurting my gains with the 5x5 program. but in the past i havent done alot of fly/db work so that could be the problem.
