I've been doing the 5x5 for 8 weeks now and it's working incredibly.
However I can't help but keep looking down at my calves because it seems like they are the only thing not getting bigger.
I'm surprised I've never read a thread like this yet. So what do you guys think about just adding in 3 sets of calf raises 2 times a week?
