With these 50mg winny tabs, Is it better to crush one and take it all at once or break it up into say "4" pieces and take 12.5mg at 4 different times per day?

Definitely better to spread out the dosage throughout the day. You might also want to try using a pill cutter and cutting them into 1/4's.

Split the pill in half and then crush it with a pill crusher. Take half (25mg) in the morning and the other half (25mg) at night.

take one in the am and one in the pm.....why take 50...they are dirt cheap and you don't really need a liver..I'll be on 100mg ed till the leaves start falling
