50mg or 75mg

215lbs, 6'2", 14% BF

Im on my 4th day of Tren 75mg and Prop 50mg ED.

Have great energy and i can actually do more cardio...the Test E, Winny, EQ cycle i was on made me tired an cramp up.

Do have insomnia and i get pretty hot at night (taking 120mcg of Clen as well).

What do you guys think? Is 75mg ok for me? How long till i see some changes? Im lifting at least 4 days a week, and doing a half hour of cardio ED.
 
EQ gives me wicked pumps that make it impossible to do cardio. Over time the tren will also likely impair your ability to do cardio by making you short of breath. Be mindful of this but maybe you'll get lucky and won't see it.

Tren will cause insomnia and make you warm at night, even without the clen.

Lastly, the general rule of thumb is to use a little more test than tren to avoid sexual sides. Again, this may or may not be an issue for you.

Tren just kicked in yesterday for me. That was day 19 for me. Big pump in the lower back. Strength is up. Lots o' people get gains within the first 2 weeks. Vets have told me that it should fully kick in by week 3.

In the first 2 weeks I got hot here and there and some night sweats happened. No insomnia at all, though. No excessive sweating so far.

So some get all the sides, some more extreme than others, and some (like me, fortunately) get very mild sides. It depends on the person.

Tren + clen = mega sweats. You must be losing bf just walking around. Tren can make you out of breath big time. It made me so much so, that I couldn't do cardio at all. The strength gains were scary, you have to be careful not to 'f' up your tendons. 75 mg ed at your weight should be fine. I did 100 mg eod at 235 lb and it worked real well.

Yeah sweating alot on Day 4. But amazingly, I have tons of energy; not lethargic at all (not yet anyway). Pushing a good amount of weight at the Gym just now. Did 30 min of Cardio this a.m, and just got done doing another 30 min.

Diet is on Par...Tons of Sashimi, Shakes, Chicken, and canned albacore. Getting at least a Gallon of water a day.

Im really psyched! My joints hurt so bad while on Test E, Winny, and EQ. I feel MUCH better now!

Any other comments from Tren users are much appreciated!

should be plenty. I often use 75-100mg EOD with good results.
