50mg eod prop and winny at 25mg ed for first timer?

been trying to make up my mind in either doing winny or prop on its own for first cycle for 6 weeks so i thought well what if i used both in a low dose cycle for my first time. I ain't lookign to gain massive weight alreadt at 202 5'9 looking for 50 lbs min increase on my bench i always do 135 for 10 reps up to 150 5 reps is my chest workout all the time never can go higher sucks by the way the propo shots i plan will only be on M W & F pretty much EOD except between friday and monday will only be 2 days in between might shoot 75- 100mg on friday for the extra day in between

Bro, how long u been training for? Not to be rude but 135 for 10 doesn't seen like much? Maybe some thing is wrong?

Gimme some stats and a brief history in yourself.
 
on and off 10 years but mostly off. i started 5 months ago again the most i ever lifted was200 for max but worked otu with 160 but my chest strength has always been poor i was always like 135- 140 lbs and last 2 years i been 180-200 but keep in mind i been off mostly for 4 years but worked out for liek 3-4 months a year on and off alot of off lewgs is where my strength is at thats why after lifting the last several months i need to get better with bench and protein and creatine and glutamine hasn't helped much. also keep in mind i work out doing more reps for muscle endurance but i prefer doign 180-200 lbs for 10 reps instead of 135-140 lol
 
If you have been mostly "off" a serious weight routine for four years, and have only been for five months. I would say you should just lift naturally with some supplements for at least another six months consistently.

Yes exactly! Once you've trained religiously for atleast a year then you could start, since it's been on and off.

lets see since late 80's - 92 i was working out at 130-140 my weight 92-94 was on and off mostly off then 94-95 lifted then 96-98 was mostly off then 98-99 mostly push ups and cardio do to my job then 98-current off and on mostly off until this 2001 on and off and last 5-6 months been lifting bvut see i know how my body is and i think genetically and frame wise its not made to lift heavy lol bench has always not been on of my part to do well on just legs is and back is average just benching sucks and i ain't going to wait another 6 months ain't going to be that dramatic in the increases trust me. i seen many people here got back on and jump started themselver by doing a cycle whether they took time off or got hurt and had to lay off a year or more etc.. maybe i'll just doing a wiiny cycle then to see what boost it can give me then lay off for 6 months and do a test cycle good idea?

Well you know your body so I'd go at it like this:

wk 1-8 prop @ 75mg/eod
wk 3-8 winy @ 50mg/day
wk 9 clomid 100mg/day
wk10-11 clomid 50mg/day

start clomid 3 days after last shot of prop.

you still suggest to do both? since you made soem sense i thought then maybe just do a winny cycle to help me boost some strength and wait 6 months before using test. what you think?
 
ahh i decided just to go with winny on its own from 25mg ed and don't see much the first 2 weeks then i'll up the dose
