I'd go with allthewhey.com Get Whey Isolate, simply better and well worth the money, dont always turn to something cheaper... it's like buying cheap, old bread compared to freshly baked bread.. well bad analogy but you get the point.

I use the unflavored one, and at first I thought it was horrible as I tried it with shit like fruit drinks ... but now this is how I do it and love it:

few scoops of their whey
milk
penut butter
oats
banana

Use blender, it is the best drink you'll ever have drunk.
