500mg test is all you need

Just started my 4th cycle, other consisted of more test, winstrol, and dbol.

this one i decided to just keep it simple at 500mg test.

already seeing nice gains, lost fat, and increased strength

what more could you want? 500mg never gets old!
 
Diet is solid, around 3500 calories (maintenance)... basically going for lean look with high calories, im an ectomorph.

Cardio right now is medium, i work out 5 days a week and do cardio on my two off days.

500mg TEST E or CYP week works great for me as well.
 
My fourth cycle starts next monday, still waiting on vials and syringes, but I'm trying 700 mg test prop... feel like a salivating five year old, can't wait to open my presents...
 
think about it even at 200-250mg a week your test levels are higher then an 18 yr old,, with proper diet and training you better be able to work with that..... the lowest dose with results is the way to go,,, I have said that from the start and stand by it today..... my name is littleb and I endorse this message :p
 
even after several cycles with higher doses... this is truely my favorite yet. simply because you look fuller, less bloat, and simply feel better. more is not better. lower will give you a leaner look and diet/excerise will do the rest
