Nice post! Eggs and oats baby...honestly it is hard to bulk when you are broke. The trick is being creative.

I like all these Universal guys. Seem like proper down to earth guys. I like the honesty at least he's not saying rice and chicken 7-times a day.

Universal really takes pride in who they sponsor for sure
 
Very good clip, I'm surprised he reckons thats enough food, unless those couple of shakes he talks about are 1500k mass gain shakes or something it really doesn't seem like much.....
 
How many of you actually prep for a whole week? I usually do 3 days at most and the main reasoning behind this is I don't like chicken past that date, very weird but how many days do you all do it?

If i prep i prep greenbeans/sweetpotatoe/chicken that lasts 6 days
 
I used to do prep for a week, just two of my meals for each day (was eating 10 meals a day at that time), 75g dry weight of wholewheat pasta or brown rice with 100g cooked lean meat and some sauce, all in little plastic tubs that I would freeze then leave in the fridge to defrost for the next day... Very handy for just coming in from the gym, four mins in the microwave....
 
I'll make 3 days worth of meals at a time becsuse after that it turns to shit and ive gotten sick more than once by having my food left too long

I see so many people cramming 4-5k cals a day. For me that seems difficult.

I try and eat a clean diet, How do you get a clean diet and 4-5k Cals/day?
 
Anything over 5k and I start adding ice cream to my diet to bump up the calories... Its too hard to eat 6-8k clean when you have other things to do with your time...
