It passed the House with flying colors and the Senate will not defeat it. It is a step in the right direction as Virginians are repulsed by the appearance, attitude, and obnoxious carelessness of those that exhibit this behavior. And yes, the black members of the Assembly are complaining, indicating that the bill is racially bias. The problem is that the POS that were their pants like this can't afford $50. So how's the collection effort going to work?

The law breaks down like this; $50 fine for showing underwear in a "lewd or indecent" manner, $75 fine for wearing black shoes with a brown belt and vice versa, $100 fine for wearing vertical stripes with horizontal stripes. And if you get caught wearing tweed you instantly get a job in the Virginia Senate.
