I’m 45 years old and looking to get more recovery from my workouts.. I’ve been on hgh at 2iu’s for the past 5 weeks. Wanted to try it out and see how it would work. I would like to start pyramiding it up now. Should I go with 3iu’s or should I pop it to 4ius?
