5 weeks in, gains stalled

Hi guys.

First cycle 1ml test prop eod
6.1
185lbs
27

In the first 2 weeks I gained 10lbs, and was noticeable. In the last 3 I've gained nothing. I haven't changed a thing. Taking aromasin 12.5 eod, have hcgenerate, 4 caps a day.

Just wondered if this is normal and is there any way of maximising the last 7 weeks of my cycle. IE dbol etc...

Typically when gains stall when on cycle it nutritional and by that I mean more than just carbs, protien and fats. The RDA is a joke and at best we are all at least deficient in a few things without supplementation.

When on a cycle you have the hormones to speed up growth but you still need to make sure you have ample time for the growth to take place AND ample nutrients. If simply adding calories doesnt fix it then you have a specific nutritional deficiency holding you back.

i would hope guys have their diets in check BEFORE messing with steroids to begin with.

my view is if you can't grow off cycle, then you are gonna do everything you can on cycle to hold you back as well. this is why when i see guys post stats and they seem to have a smallish frame its a red flag for me. someone 6 foot tall should be over 200 pounds easily unless they are absolutely shredded naturally before they even think about steroids.

the OP was 185 when he started his cycle at over 6 feet , this tells me his diet isn't in check and/or his workouts aren't good enough yet.

At the onset of a cycle, the initial weight gain comes from glycogen and water super compensation from being on high levels of androgens. Actual muscle tissue gain comes very slowly. As these guys said, making small increases to your total caloric intake can keep you on track.
