5 weeks in and it's started.

I'm at the gym last night working out with my brother and a trainer walks up to me and says, "what are you on? You're getting huge!" I just look at him and say "I'm on the same twinkies and beer diet you're on." About 10 minutes later another trainer asks me the same thing. I told him that I'm eating 340g of protein and about 4200kcals a day. Which is true.

The final straw was as I was walking out and one of the sales people asked me what I was on. I told him it was a stupidity free diet and that following it causes massive muscle growth. Well along with a good diet and workout regimine.
 
serious people don't understand that if you aren't a fuck up and stick to the program it is pretty easy till you start getting on the larger side...
 
When people ask me what I'm on, I say "Brad Pitt. And when I tire myself out, you can have a turn."

If yall want to gain weight yall should seriously try the diet I have been on for the past 2 weeks...pizza and fried chicken washed down with massive amounts of alcoholic beverages. I am getting HUGE!!!

When I'm done with this cycle and have done some dieting to reduce fat I'd be more than happy to. I saw all the nasty commments directed towards JA. I'm just not in the mood for that.

Meal 1 - meat, eggs, toast/muffin
Meal 2 - protein drink & chicken or tuna or salmon
Meal 3 - meat, salad, dark green veggie
meal 4 - protein drink - (some carb before workout)
meal 5 - meat, meat, some veggie
meal 6 - protein drink & chicken or tuna or salmon

On workout days I drink a Post workout drink about 15 minutes before and during the workout.

I try and get around 1.5 - 2 gallons of water daily

I don't think I"m that large. I'm 238lbs now, but most of 'em just see me doing heavy or big lifts. There are much larger guys at the gym, although admittedly they have larger frames also. I'm a much smaller framed person, unfortunately.

Not necessarily true...AAP eats that year round and stays lean....BUt if you factor in a lot of cardio - you migfht be right

I eat a high protein diet, but I also keep up a good amount of fat at the same time while restricting carbs. It seems dangerous to greatly restrict both fat and carbs at the same time...

On the pictures, I'll tell you what. I'll see if my wife will take some this weekend, and then I'll send you some. ;) Just don't pass 'em out. Jabba the hut I'm not, but I'm not even remotely close to Fonzy shredded.

Wow, only 250mg enan a week? I was thinking of doing 500mg a week for my first cycle. Is this your first?

nice job keeping it low the first time - obviously you are getting results enough....

I'm 5'10"


I came up fast, but now am just kinda sitting at the same weight. I can tell that things are shifting though, and my strength is getting ampy, so I'm just going through the progression I planned instead of pushing as much as I'm likely to do. I"d hate to come out of this crippled. Although, I am planning on doing a video of a 1000lb leg press on my birthday if I can get it all set up.

Oh, and another thing. I've been on HRT for the last year which kept my levels at around 300ish, which is at the bottom of normal. My doctor says I've likely been in andropause for about 8ish years. So this is my bodies reaction to finally having enough test in the system. Ok, so it's more than enough. ;)
 
The same happened to me Strong, one of the trainers said to me, I want to have your routine, you are growing very fast. And I said, well, maybe you should drop your morning crumpets breakfast.
Other guy asked me how many years doing this."A couple", I said, I was not going to say 3 months.
 
You know what you should be telling these people? "I'm on creatine, and NO2."
Say it totally serious, they will believe you. It's really none of thier business.

keep up the good work bro... 238 is pretty huge for your height... hell 205 is bigger than most of the punies around here...
