5 week blitz cycle. What do you think?

OK, here are my stats.
39years old (almost a master)5' 7" Middle weight
Just competed 4 weekends in a row at 170# /4%BF
I did very well in all shows.
I want to clean up for 5 or 6 weeks. My calories are clean and in the range of 3600 per day.
June 25th Blitz cycle starts for 5 weeks.

250 Sustanan (first 2 weeks only)
300 deca (all 5 weeks)
75 mg Prop EOD (all 5 weeks)
30 mg anavar (ED for 5 weeks)

I will increase my calories to 4000 plus during these 5 weeks. Starting August 1st I will begin my contest diet for a September 15th and 29th show. I hope to keep my body fat in check during the next 10 weeks. Maybe it will go up to 8%.

My goal is to try to up my competition weight by 3 or 4 pounds. Hell I'll be happy with 2 solid pounds. On my frame it will look like 10 pounds.


I came up with this cycle from asking you guys what would be good to use during a short blitz cycle.

So, tell me what do you think. What am I missing?

I understand what you are trying to accomplish but I think you are making it much to hard for an extra 2-4lbs. Being as close as you are to the next contest, I wouldn't do a burst. IF your bodyfat is truly that low already, keep it close to make the next contest easier to prep for. The less stress you place on your body before a contest, the better you'll look. For me, it would be easier to take that break and eat a little messy for 5-6 weeks like you said and bridge with primo the entire time.

Try 200mg/wk starting now till the next contest cycle and maybe even some anavar @ 15-20mg/day
...assuming you gear up harder for a show. The bridge, with good training and diet, will most certainly help you get a few pounds in 3 months and your body won't go throught the shock of the roller coaster effect a burst cycle causes. This way, you will not lose any muscle and you'll still give your natural test levels a chance to rebound. Then 6 weeks out, start you contest prep with fina, winny etc.. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for your input. I like the idea you suggested.
I was just trying to go clean for 5 or 6 weeks. Since my winter bulk cycle ran right into my spring contest prep.
So i've been on for 7 months. Figured I would need that stack listed above to make quick gains.
You are just suggesting making the same gains over a 12 week period.
My body fat is as low as I said. I'm going to scan in a pic from two ago once I find someone to do it for me.

Do you think I can just bridge with anavar? And maybe 100mg Primo a week?

Are you carbing up with insulin? If not, have you thought about it? I think that it could give you what you are looking for.
