5 Day Routine Check

I've been doing a basic routine for two months with great enthusiasm and am ready to take it to the next level. I originally wanted to design a "four day - one rest - repeat" routine that would not keep me in the gym for more than 45/60 minutes. I ended up with this creation that should accomplish that time standard, yet over five days. After the fifth day I plan to take one day of rest and repeat the program:

Notice the toolbar on the bottom of the page. The "running" page is just there for my own tracking; I run for 2 - 4 miles whenever I feel like it (I've been running for two years).

Any comments are appreciated, thanks.
 
What are your stats? How much improvement have you made with this program? Looks like alot to me but im into minimilistic style training (lazy i guess! (lol))....
