the same way i ordered asthma meds from your neck of the woods when i w/o decent insurance---i had a script--it is up to the potential purchaser to decide what the law is in their respective country and go from there....

Unless they are selling drugs scheduled in the US, there shouldn't really exist a problem. (I have no idea what they sell; I'm assuming ancillaries and stuff.)

I believe the loophole is that you are allowed to import a 30 day supply for personal use on non-scheduled items, which last I looked was all they carried.

Okay, I checked them out. They don't really sell anything that's gonna raise many eyebrows at customs. Nothing scheduled and nothing recreational. And their duloxetine's pretty cheap.

I wouldn't worry. If you have concerns, you might want to contact the company and ask about the laws they abide by and if they have some sort of reship policy... although I doubt they'd need such.

Correct. US citizens are allowed by law to seek prescription care outside of the country. I don't know the details or how that works for non-scheduled substances, though.

Anyone know the law that allows this? I'm only really familiar with the DSHEA '94 act (which I think has undergone some changes in recent years).

Yeah i just placed an order a couple wks ago. Accutane 120 - 20mg pills. This place has the best no script price that I could find. I've checked the order status on the site and it shows it was shipped on the 5th and estimated delivery is for the 27th. I guess that follows their recommended t/a including weekends and holidays.
