I am going to run a 3-4 week cycle of only 4ad androspray (8 sprays). I have some vitex but I am not sure how much to take and if I should take it during and/or post cycle. thanks

You shouldn't have too much natural suppression from andro spray by itself, but 1000-1500mg a day is a good dose (split into 3). This would be a good amount even if the 1-AD was included in your cycle.

Isn't Vitex useless w/ estrogen? I thought it lowered prolactin levels so it could possibly work w/ fina, deca, etc. but not test which would convert to estrogen. Am i missing something here?

thanks guys....I have some macca for post cycle. I am not sure how vitex works, But if there is something better please tell me (if it is Legal).

As far as what would help that is legal, this is my opinion based on feedback. Maca is probably second and tribulus only helps you get a boner (not that that's a bad thing) :) .

I've never really looked at how vitex works. There's never been much need or interest for a legal anti-e until recently when the OTC stuff has caught up to the real gear (with the intro of 1-AD).

If were to do tren or deca as you mentioned, then I wouldn't trust vitex. Then again, I just need to read up on it before judging it in that situation.

Vitex is useless with 4-AD. Vitex will suppress prolactin levels. Prolactin is the hormone in women that causes them to lactate, (and yes, guys on deca durabolin can also lactate as well). Prolactin in men is thought to cause impoptence, this is why most people get "Deca dick" (also with fina too). Not to mention the fact that fina and Deca both attach to the AR receptors very well, but are week androgens.

4-AD will convert to testosterone (i think) in your body. So the only thing you will need to worry about is estrogen related gynomastia (sp?). You can avoid post cycle gyno by using clomid, M, or the new stuff Pat (ergopharm genius, ok, im kissin ass now) is coming out with. I personaly obtained clomid for my post 1-ad and boldione cycle. An anti-e will not only keep you from getting unwanted estrogen related sides, but it also help you maintain your gains.

M™ Anti-Estrogen/Testosterone-Support Formula is the first supplement designed to decrease estrogen and increase Testosterone, thus producing the ideal hormonal environment in the male body. The net effect is a perfect hormonal milieu for losing body fat, gaining muscle mass, and optimizing the male endocrine system.

M contains four super-powerful ingredients that synergistically work overtime to create the ultimate male body:

Trihydroxystilbene blocks estrogen at the actual receptor site in male breast tissue and other estrogen-sensitive tissues.

Tocotrienols work synergistically with estrogen blockers to dramatically increase the overall effect at the receptor, as well as through non-receptor mechanisms.

Calcium D-glucarate clears excess estrogen from the body by inhibiting the enzyme that's responsible for the activation of bound estrogen.

Vitex agnus-castus increases the natural production of Testosterone and lowers prolactin levels, the hormone that's responsible for inducing lactation (even in males).

M does contain vitex, but it also contains other ant-e's as well. It looks like it is an overall post cyle anti-e anti-prolactin supp.

M should still work after a 4-AD cycle since it does contain other anti-e's as well as vitex. just go with clomid.

I may have to give M a second look. I kind of wrote it off because a few bad feedbacks. The fact that it came out around the same time as Mag-10 seemed like an extra way for biotest to make more money.
Of course, I'm sure this won't matter after Ergo and Molecular, as well as Syntrax, release their anti-Es, which look much more promising.
