So I got my labs back from the 45 day retest
Previously when I was tested in early Dec my numbers were:
Total T: 220 (250-1100ng/dl)
Free T: 34.2 (46-224pg/ml)
Bioavailable T: 73.3 (110-575ng/dl)
T3: 3.2 (2.3-4.3pg/dl)
SHBG: 24 (10-50nmol/L)
ICF: 116 (52-328ng/ml)
DHEA: 478 (45-345mcg/dl)
LH: 12 (1.5-9.3mIU/ml)
E2: 18 (<=39pg/ml)
PSA: 0.8 (<=4.0ng/ml)
After 45 days on the following regimen:
.5ml 175mg/ml test cy twice a week
600units HCG twice a week
25mg clomid daily
New results
Total T: 836 (250-1100ng/dl)
Free T: 158.2 (46-224pg/ml)
Bioavailable T: 325.3 (110-575ng/dl)
T3: 3.2 (2.3-4.3pg/dl)
SHBG: 25 (10-50nmol/L)
E2: 41 (<=39pg/ml)
Prolactin: 4.9 (2.0-18.0ng/ml)
PSA: 0.9 (<=4.0ng/ml)
As for the effects over the last 45 days...mixed. Definately noticed an improvement in erections and sex drive. Was waking up with morning wood every day. My schedule over the holidays through my diet and exercise out the window so I don't think I saw the strength, energy, and recovery benefits I should have.
The last two weeks though I've noticed the the erections are not as frequent or as hard. Morning wood is not every day. My mood has plummeted and I am definitely noticing some weight gain and bloat.
My Doctor thinks that all that is attributable to the high Estrodiol so he is going to add an Aromatase inhibitor to the mix and bring up my T injections to 2/week at .5ml 200mg/ml So I will be getting an even 200mg of T per week instead of the 175 now.
He estimates that the symptoms from the estrogen probably started when its levels reached 35 and that in 2 weeks or so after starting they should be gone.
