IM always trembling when i lift and it makes it hard to have good form
does anyone know what it is its not to heavy weight cause i tried lighter and i still did it

Are you brand new to training? It sounds like you need to do the movements, build the support muscles up, and get rid of some strength imbalances. If you've been training for a while and this just started, this isn't a good sign.
