Hey thats NOT difficult.

Here is the cycle:-
1st Week-
100mg Decca a day
100mg Susto a day
5*5 mg Thai Anabol

2nd Week
2*200mg Decca a day
2*250mg Susto a day
5*10 mg Thai Anabol

3rd Week
3*200mg Decca a day
3*250mg Susto a day
5*15 mg Thai Anabol

Last week(in case u are not in hospital, or u can still use from there)
5*200mg Decca a day
5*250mg Susto a day
5*20 mg Thai Anabol


Diet(everyday)-
5 kg Red/White/(orAny color) Meat
Gallon Milk
1 lbs Designer Whey.
Oat meal(1 kg)
2 Chinese Bucket of Rice

And ooh lala , u have got 40 lbs of muscles.

And if anyone think my ans is stupid, just look at the q asked first(ie 40lbs muscle in 1 month ?) then my ans would look pretty reasonable.

I mean if ppl start getting THAT big in 1 month then no one would even care to see pro's like Arni,Ronni,Dorian etc who spent some 10-20 yrs getting that.Then u will see millions of arnold,dorian,ronni like guys just roaming in streets.


I really cant believe ppl who took this guy seriously and replied in that way. lol

ok but set aside all joking, whats the most you think one can gain in one month using obscene amount of gear, training 2-3 times a day, and eating 10k cals a day?
 
Satch to answer that question, assuming money were not an issue. I think I could do this in 30 days.

250 mg trenbolone a day
250 mg primo a day
100 mg priviron a day
6 iu's hgh
1/2 cc pgf2a X2 a day (post workout only)
Humalog 20 Iu's X2 a day (post workout only)

Training: similar to my current routine, but with different timing. Train half my body in the morning then sleep 6 hours, train the other half of my body in the pm, sleep 6 hours, with little to no other physical activity 6 days a week, with one day off

Diet: 6 lbs of sirloin steak, 1 lbs of salid, 20 tbs of flax oil a day, 4 shakes a day (one immediately after each workout, and one more 2 hours later) containing 50 grams of whey isolate, 20 grams of BCAA's, 100 grams of maltodextrin and add other carbs as needed to deal with the insulin).

Suppliments other than protien shakes: 30-40 fish oil tabs a day, multivitamin mineral X2, 800 iu's vitamine E, 3 grams of vitamin 6, a B-complex, 600 mg of calcium X2.

I think I could gain 25-30 lbs of muscle in one month on this, with little to no gain in body fat.
 
mmmm...

i'm not sure that would pack 25-30...
but its sounds pretty damn good!!!
 
If this dude thinks he has 50g to pay out to someone then he can afford all the juice, chicken, and supps he wants.
