I'm on a bulking diet right now. Currently, 170lbs, very lean. I'm not that strict, but I try to eat clean calories. I get at least 250g of protein a day and between 3500-4000 calories during 5 meals. The thing is, I'm still pretty much hungry alot of the time. I guess my metabolism is just really fast? The mass gains are going ok, and I'm staying pretty lean, but I'm wondering if I should bump up the calories?
