I managed to push up 400lbs tonight once.. no shirt

I was so pissed at the gym today from a shitty day at work I just pounded the shit out of the weights

i bench 265 x 8, what's that for projected max?

bodybuilders train for pump, not 1 rep max...just to let u know. i'd probably fart out at 300 x 1

In for the 400 club I've done 440 before all with no shirt. Anyone know what kind of number can be achieved if a shirt is used for a 400 raw bench? I'm getting close to a 660 dead to :) just saying

I've never even wore a shirt..

I know I wasn't done w/ the program but I was so pissed at the gym and jamming out to some heavy metal I put on 375 and did it 5 times pretty easily when the week before I could barely do it 3 times so I upped it to 400 and did 400, not so easily but once.. I do 1rm randomly when I'm pissed off as my strength is so much higher :p

ok, but next time, don't do 375 FIVE times before maxing and you'll be able to max a little more. :)
 
I'm a god.. what can i say? next week I probably won't be able to do 365 once
 
When I first started lifting I could barely do 155 once lol

i've progressed pretty good

damn..so how high should i set it? i didnt think 35 lbs was toob ig of a jump :(

35lbs in 16 weeks is pretty high when you are doing it natty. I am taking dbol on it and only raised mine 35lbs so I think 20 should be good for you

I got it about four years ago 405 (bw was 260 lbs) comp style with a pause and no shirt. I haven't ever gone back that heavy again as bench doesn't help me out all that much so I don't focus on it.

I'm about 260ish now but cutting down.. I love pounded my chest and upper body.. not so much the legs

Well over 400 before I tore my pec. Could still probably get 400, but will never try.
