hey whats up guys.....well i am around 250 and 6 3'and play LB.....i need to improve my 40 yard dash.....and certain drills for the improving it???? i think i need to loose some wieght too.....not fat, but i gained a solid 15-17 lbs on a cycle and my body is not used to having to run with that much wieght around.....i know it is kind of a vague question but any help i would really like it karma here to for some help...thank you for taking time to read my post.
