cycle -
dbol - 30mg ed - 4wks
deca - 300mg - 8wks
omna - 500mg - 8wks
proviron - 25mg ed - 8wks

after cycle 215; 13% bf


Now 4 weeks later -
dropped to 205 since i added cardio 2 weeks ago.

Tomorrow i start dnp - 200mg ed 16days along with clen.
