4 Week Update

Last time I posted everyone agreed I should slow down on the cardio, and thats what Ive been doing. Since my last post I stopped my 3x10 and switched to a 3x5 so I figured id post up my results so far. Also I just finished my cycle of TRAC creatine. Let me know what you guys think, also any suggestions you have feel free to let me know.

you can tell you have put on some weight for sure. you look like you are making progress. I would continue what you are doing but remember bodybuilding isnt about BEING the biggest. IF I was in your shoes, I would work my ass off getting your shoulders bigger and more rounded. that will give you the illusion of actually being larger. good luck.
 
That is some REALLY NICE progress! I agree w/ the above. "Big" just gets sloppy but build shape and a quality base and you will be set forever.
