Hi All, im starting my first ever cycle of DBOL with Test Prop tomorrow, just wanna know if i can get any hints or tips cause im kinda nervous about it. My mate from the gym is supplyin my with the gear, and he wrote up the program for me.. It seems pretty good to me.. kinda short thou, but im a newbie to this shit and hes done it a few times so i assume he knows what hes doing.. any feedback is appreciated
Im 80kg | 6"0' | training Natural for almost 4 years now, and im 21 (started training like 5-6 months before i turned 18)
The cycle im starting tomorrow is..
dbol -
week 1 20mg a day
week 2 25mg a day
week 3 30mg a day
week 4 35mg a day
test prop -
3 pins per week (Mon, Wed, Sat) - 85mg pins (255mg per week) for 4 weeks
He said the dbol will kickstart the gains and i only need to run it with 255mg a week of prop for 4 weeks cause its my first cycle and i should gain quite alot out of it.. that sound ok?
