4:30 am workouts

Because of work I have had to move my workouts to 4:30am. It really sucks. I am ran down for the rest of the day, plus the workouts just are not as intense as the ones I have later in the day.
 
I do mine at 5:30 am. Go buy some Xenadrine and when the alarm clock goes off, pop 2-3 of them, drink a shit load of water (to get it into your bloodstream faster), lay back down and I guarantee you that when it kicks in you will wake right up and be ready.

That's what works for me anyways....
 
I'm not a morning person, but once I get the 5:30 am cardio schedule going it works pretty good. Just takes a little getting used to. Thermodrene worked pretty good for getting me "going" and sweating real good.

Fridays is the only time I lift in the morns. ONLY cuz I cant stand being in this place for another fuk'n min. I think it sux having to lift so early. Cardio is ok, but lifting, I seem to have like 3/4's of the strength that I do in the afternoon. But oh well. Its by choice.

You saying you like your wimmen warmed up before you get to them?? Or do u like to do the warming up? ;)
 
Thermogenics will screw you up that early in the morning. Unless you plan on taking them all day long your energy levels will drop lower than what they were when you woke up in the morning. If you need energy in the morning take some type of prohormone, thats why your workouts were better in the evening because your test level does nothing but rise throughout the day(depending on age of course). I know I am new to this board, but nutrition is what my degree is in, so I am confident in my speech. But I have no clue what type of hormones work best cuz they don't teach us illegal shit in college. But I know that is what you need to bump up your energy level in the morning.

true, test levels peek between 4 & 8 pm. thats why I lift between those time normally. but on fri, I just wanna get the weekend started. Thermos dont neccessarly screw you the rest of the day, you just crash for awhile after their effects wear off, but youll recover. thats me anyway.
