Thermogenics will screw you up that early in the morning. Unless you plan on taking them all day long your energy levels will drop lower than what they were when you woke up in the morning. If you need energy in the morning take some type of prohormone, thats why your workouts were better in the evening because your test level does nothing but rise throughout the day(depending on age of course). I know I am new to this board, but nutrition is what my degree is in, so I am confident in my speech. But I have no clue what type of hormones work best cuz they don't teach us illegal shit in college. But I know that is what you need to bump up your energy level in the morning.
