PA, where all the snus wholesalers from outta country set up shop, is taxing smokeless tobacco for the first time.
and the way i understand it, the PACT act prevents overseas tobacco from getting directly shipped stateside.
any out of country tobacco packages supposedly will not be allowed to enter the country.
