While on my current cycle of test(400wk) and deca(300wk) could I succesfully work out my chest 3 days a week, m,w,f,? My chest is my biggest small promblem. If not 3x, 2x for sure then, right? I don't wanna over train but don't wanna look like a 11 year old hairy chested girl either. Also can't pick dumbells or straight bar, maybe both?

3 times per week is definitely overtraining.......if you are training HEAVY enough and training the proper way, NO WAY you could do chest 2 days later....i mean any body part i do there is no way i can train it without at LEAST 3 days rest........you need to step up your workouts if you can train the same part such as chest two days later bro!!!
 
Back in the day, i have done the train twice a week and that killed me the second session of the week was poor, i couldn't hit the same weight, reps. so after 3 weeks i knocked it on the head. I gave it the 3 weeks to see if the body would adapt but NO.

At the moment i'm cutting, back previously i was on Chest + triceps, Back + biceps, Legs + abs, Shoulders + abs. four weights workout a week with the goal of increasing the weight every week (well sometimes i would) all my lifts went up.

Thats my advice. it worked for me. Intensity is better then volume in my eyes.
