First post here, guys. Got a problem. Been lifting seriously for 6 yrs. I'm 31, 5'10, 197, 10%bf. I've tried my first 2 cycles this past year with no effect. The first: 250sus/wk, 200deca/wk, 30mgdbol/day for 5 wks...second: 250sus/every 4 days, 200deca/wk for 6 wks. No strength gain, water weight, nothing on either of them. My diet was straight (3500 cals/day, 200g protein) training was brutal, but noticed nothing. The gear is good, as my training partner gained from the same. Could it be a receptor site problem? My trainer wants to start me on 250sus/eod , 400 deca/wk for 8 wks. Could this help, or should I just take up golf? Any help would be appreciated.
