Brief History
lifting for 4 years now
age 24, 5'9 currently 175lb 9%
Diet and training are very on point!
I came from 140lb to 167 all natural in 2 1/2 years
wrestled 103lb freshman year of highschool
12week cycle
first cycle was a test E @ 500mg and deca @ 250 mg a week cycle
gained 19lbs' went up to 189lb and stayed at 10.5% Bf, last winter,
then i lost a good amount of it, due to a shoulder injury
clomid & proviron for 4 weeks
2nd cycle 14 weeks
tren A 200mg a week for 5 weeks
test e 500mg a week 14 weeks
cutting cycle down to 9% bf only gained about 8 pounds, went up to 180lb
clomid 50mg for 4 weeks

This is gonna be my 3rd cycle, looking for really good quality gains and vascularity
1-16 weeks EQ 600mg EW
2-15 weeks Test E 500mg EW
19-23 clomid 50mg a week & proviron
quick question whats the best way to break up the shots?
2 or 3 times a week?
i was thinking 1 1/2 ml of EQ and 1 ml of test e every monday and thursday?
but sometimes my delts and glutes don't hold that much and tend to drip it out when i pull the pin out.... any tricks or tips?
eating currently about 200-250g of protein a day
