36 5'9 185, low bf, not sure. Working out seriouslly for about 5 years.
I'm right about to start the following.
dbol 30mgs a day weeks 1-4
test 500mgs a week weeks 1-16
eq 400mgs a week weeks 1-16
winny 50mgs a day weeks 10-16
adex .5mg ed weeks 1-10 (I won't need it during the Winny i'm thinking).
nolva and hcg for pct starting week 17.
My plan is to 10-11 weeks of bulking (3500 calories, no cardio) and 5-6 weeks of cutting (2500 calories, plus cardio).
It seems like a lot of gear. I plan on getting my liver value checked after the DBol and if all is well then running the Winny. One question. Should I run HCG mid cycle and at what doses?
