Evening gents,
Starting 3rd cycle soon for the winter.....First cycle was Test Prop only, for 8 weeks at 400mg/wk. Second cycle was Test C only at 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks. I saw decent weight gains, and decent strength gains while on both cycles. I'm 6"1, 205 lbs, 12-13% BF, want to get to 225-230lbs. Don't want extreme fat added, but understand a certain amount of water retention is standard. Play college football too...
