I plan my pre contest for 16 weeks max but most probably just for 12 weeks.
Also finished d bol. Planned it for 6 weeks but sometimes less is more
Trying to train morning and evening whenever I get the chance hit the gym.
Sometimes it means wake up at 5 am and then again on my break at 5 pm.
Feeling bit tired but today is my day off lol. Easier day to hit gym twice

Wonder how much I ll gain in the second half of this cycle. So far gained around 5kg.
My diet is good. As I said I work as a chef and spend over 50hrs at work every week. Dont need shopping. ... lol
Overall I feel strong and pumped. Getting ripped as I do cardio ed.
Love being the king of our gym in a good way. Training hard but ALWAYS technically correct.
Sexual functions ok I might be a bit more horny than normally.
Not any crazy aggression from tren.
