In my quest to work as an attorney in SoCal... I am an attorney... now, presently. I specialize in Intellecutal Property, which includes trademarks, copyrights and patents. It's where the moolah is... but with the market, it is increaslingly more difficult to find a position at a firm.. .so, I contract out work from various firms.. I usually get stuck with the "not so pretty" work... this includes trying to handle tm's that have expired and are now subject of litigation (i.e., the attorney dropped the ball, didn't reregister the tm, and now, although it was under continued use, there is a whole world of problems).

Assjockey... I'm in the process of working in new insults and flame words... I have come up with Dickclown and Assjockey on this thread alone... and several others... I have a number of expressions and phrases for use as well... people, feel free to use them in your own flamings... as it will bring a smile to my face.
