36cm Hematoma

So my buddy just Texted me from the hospital this morning. He informed me that he was waiting to have survey on his thigh. He was telling me that the doctors are opening his leg to remover a 36cm hematoma. Now for the info on his dumb ass. He has been pumping 1g of test e and 1g of tren into his thighs the last three weeks. Yes i know crazy high dosages. Now mind you he's a little dude who won't listen to any advice from me or anyone. Have any of y'all heard about some shit like this before?
 
why would the hematoma be from the gear rather than the actual punctures??

He hit the femoral artery, IMHO. I did that, and it takes MONTHS for it dissipate on it's own, and it hurts like a MOFO so you can barely walk. If that's what happened, he pinned in the wrong place, or his femoral artery is not in the usual place, which is true in some people. Surgery? I think I'd just wait it out, because the damage to the muscle from the surgery is going to be just a painful as the hematoma pressure, and I'd guess will last almost as long.

*Very likely nothing to do with the gear, or how much, unless it was bogus stuff.

I don't know what it's from that's why I posted it to see if anyone else heard of this. When i find out more ill post it up here.

Ok I was wondering what could cause that. Thank you for the info! He said he had been sick for the last couple of days.

this does sound more interesting than...I scraped and suctioned out a bruise/bloody lump because someone got thumped with something



my exes dog had a big ass hematoma in his ear...I didn't know what it was and freaked... they "pillow stitch" an ear for that apparently

seeing how we're sharing irrelevant info :)
 
the only thing i gather from your story (which is cool by the way) is that you need to tell your boy there are other injection sites than quads.

subq thumb biceps is where it's at!!

I got paid 250 bucks for the 15 min of work so I'm happy about it

the exes dog got the hematoma from shaking his head...I wasn't so happy about that

the vet got paid about 300 bucks come to think of it

maybe you paid to much in loans
 
I earned 32 wrvu's today and get paid 45 bucks an rvu in my contract. I'll let you do the math. You haven't pawned your calculator have you? How are your 3 jobs working out for you?
 
There's his fuckin leg after the draining. He said it was cause he was pumping 7ml into one leg at a time. Caused a abscess but he's gtg now.

I'm confused; hematoma or abscess? If it was a hematoma (blood-filled pocket), I say he hit the artery with the needle, and it leaked out into the muscle compartment. If it was an abscess, that's a whole different thing... My guess there, would be tainted gear, or just a bad-luck infection at the site. If he was sick too (in addition to the painful lump), then it sounds like an abscess. Hematomas, to my knowledge, don't cause feeling ill or fever, but abscesses do.

On the volume of gear; 7cc in a quad is a lot, but I don't think it would cause any problems other than soreness. I've done 10cc in a quad (water-based injections of Adequan), and no issues (I don't even work my quads due to bad knees, so they're small). For oil suspensions, I've heard that 3 or 4cc in the quad is about as much as is recommended. More than that, and you should split or use the glutes.

At first he told me hematoma but later he said they drained a abscess. He said the doc told him he was pumping to much gear into one spot and caused it. But I'm not doctor so I don't know lol.
