35 BFR %18 220 lbs 3 months experience

High there
i go to gym 4 days a week .
i got l-carnitine and vassive-NO 30 minutes before i hit the gym
i do 10 minutes of warm up and start my weight lifting session about 35 min and and then hit the cardio again for another 35 min around %70-75 of heart rate and get a serving of Vassive EA8 after cardio.... And after 10 minutes of rest i go for spa with 8 minutes of 3 sesssions with 2 cold showers between each session..

then i leave for home
about me BFR is around %18 220 lbs 5 11 and 35 yo. and only start working out 3 months ago....
and I want to lose fat and put or at least lose as little as possible muscle weight....
My questions are:
1-What is the best way to lose fat and keep as much muscle as possible including supplements and workout routine .
2-When is the best time for post work out drink after weight lifting or cardio ? and can i make it at home and bring to gym for convenience?
3-What are the best herbs and supplements for my situation
(i have great tendency to bulk up easily)
4- Does spa sessions work after a workout? or just fades away muscle?
5-and for last but not the least :) what supplements do u recommend?

i heard you shouldnt do cardio right after lifting for some reason? not sure on this...so i always do it on off days (weekends). usually just run 2 miles at 8 mph ride the bike for 15min, row machine 15 min, and sauna for 15 min for my cardio on seperate days from lifting. Best way to loose fat and keep the muscle that iv done is a very high protien diet with very low calorie and carbs, no sugar etc. If you lurk around on the site youl find plenty of good supps to help out, check out needtobuildmuscle.com and AGXsports.com. my 2..

I'd check out some of omega's products (lipoflame/lipostim) to burn the fat, and get some amp02 for more intense workouts.
 
hey man good to see you wanting to educateyourself in your gym endevor....in my honest opinion...i would just eat right and train hard with pleanty of cardio....low fat low cal high protien diet. You need to be working out for awhile before you try too many supplements...i am no expert but before you spend 1oo's of dollars on supps see how your body responds naturally.
