actually will kick in asap, u will notice results in a week, some strength gains, small size gains........this is most likely your first all oral cyc, might want to stick around and learn more about inj cycles
15-40mg ist the recommended range; if its your first cycle you should notice increased pumps and strength/endurance in a couple of days with even as low as 10mg per day. start slow, you can work your way up if you feel you need more. dbol has a half life of only 4 hours, spread it out throughout the day.
I know soem probably will flame me for this, but if you are a newbie I know some folks have tried 10mg in the mornning fpr 60 days, as with the bridge but for mass. They all got awsome gains and no sides. I think one should be carefull with all orals. I never use more than 30mg dbol per day, I think that is more than enough. Better do low dose for a longer period than high for a short IMO
I'm 6 six days in taking 25mg of oral D-bol/day. I'm taking some milk thistle as well. I've put on 4 pounds so far and no bloat.

ALWAYS have nolva on hand. Some people are extremely sensitive to estrogen, while others have high aromatase production. If you're one of those people you could run into problems even at a low dose. I started seeing gyno symptoms from just 500mg EQ and 50mg var. I've had puffy nips since puberty and other signs of high aromatase production. Nolvadex is cheap as shit so there is never an excuse not to have it just in case.
