300grms of protein, How!

How and where will i be able to consume 300-350grms of protein a day ? I am lactose intolarance, don't eat red meat, and can't take whey! How much tuna,eggs, or chicken, will i have to scarf down in 6 meals to get that much protien ?

LOTS OF FISH AND whole eggs. DUDE any bodybuilder worth his weight eats read meat and drinks whey. You are behind the 8 ball not being able to drink shakes, SO You need STEAK. I recomend 1lb a day or more. Cheese, Eggs, Bacon,
 
Do you really need 300-350 grams of protein??? There's plenty of choices. Here's a few:

3 chicken breasts = 90g
12 egg whites = 48g
1 quart lactaid = 32g
1 cup cottage cheese = 26g
4 tbsp peanut butter = 20g
4 oz. turkey jerky = 60g
----------------------------------
Total (so far) = 276g

...you get the idea
 
Why can't you consume whey? If it's because of the lactose then try using a Whey Protein Isolate or Milk Protein Isolate. Most commercial whey proteins use whey concentrate which has a boat load of lactose. I'm lactose intolerant and unless you have a severe case you shouldn't have a problem with Isolates. LACTAID IS THE BEST BRAND OF MILK IF YOU ARE LACTOSE INTOLERANT. I AM EXTREMLY LACTOSE INTOLERANT AND I CAN DRINK A WHOLE GALLON OF LACTAID MILK AND NOT EVEN FEEL BLOATED,
