You know I never go to the movies but I do peruse around the workout boards and there's still alot of hype about this 300 workout

People still talking about these out of shape wanna-be's getting killed in the gym

How many people here could do the Crossfit/Gym Jones 300 rep workout in say 20 minutes without sweating and go home???

In college, to make the Ranger Challenge team we had to make a 10k run with full combat load, including m-16 and a 60 lb rucksack. As you finished the run you dropped the rucksack and immediately had to do twelve chins. Our normal PT consisted of calisthenics a 3 mile rucksack run, the chins and electric chairs. We always did PT in combat boots. Three days a week we would follow it up with battalion PT. I dropped from 190 to 172 pounds on a 4k Calorie diet and lost a lot of muscle but I was a machine when it came to strength and endurance.

I forgot to postup what the 300 workout is

* 25 pull-ups
* 50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
* 50 push-ups
* 50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
* 50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
* 50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
* 25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps

The actors switched between the clean and press with kettle bell presses

Just out of curiosity , how did you find time to eat 4k calories while doing PT?
