Ok I've thought about making this post for awhile and I now I'm going to do it. I have only been using gear for about 8 months, maybe slightly more. I got super serious with my lifting about the same time, I thought I was serious before but I wasn't. I am not an expert, BY ANY MEANS, but I want to share what I've learned for myself. Anyway...here is everything I've learned:
1) Bloating sucks, but is cureable: cardio and distilled water for a couple of days does it. Don't bloat it could kill you! Seriously! Heart problems from high blood pressure are real concerns.
2) Cutting takes far more gear than bulking. A little test and dbol and you'll blow up..You better take a few grams of gear if you want to hold onto muscle while dieting.
3) Dbol, drol are powerful...but test is king.
4) Deadlifting is the most unreplaceable exercise in the gym.
5) Most the people who say they're eating 5000 calories a day have no idea how much food that is.
6) If you get gyno from something, dont try a new Anti-E, try some different gear.
7) Letro kills sex drive and inhibits gains..use weaker gear and a weaker AntiE
8) Nolva works...80mg/day will get rid of gyno.
9) If your life isn't good and your mind isnt right, no amount of gear will be enough to improve.
10) 18g ED injections will lead to an abcess
11) Anavar strength gains are very legit
12) Amps are a pain in the ass, vials 4 life!
13) LiquiCia is your friend if you've been on awhile and are shut down
14) Red meat is king of protein
15) No stir all natural peanut butter is way better than stirring it yourself.
16) AndroUSA, AG-guys, AFstore, and Affordablesupplements are the best I've found
17) Crystal Light is your friend when dieting
18) Dont cut until you have more muscle than you want, because you will lose some while you cut and losing the fat will make you appear smaller anyway. I've started cutting a couple times and shrunk 5-6 pounds of water and fat and said "nope guess i wasnt as big as i thought, better bulk again"
19) Bridging is a myth
20) HCG is overrrated, clomid is the truth
21) Tri-Tren by BD is quite serious business
22) The safe arrival of your gear is directly related to how good your source is.
23) Proviron is good, but 300mg/week of masteron is better.
24) Test prop really doesnt retain water like the other esters.
25) Supplements are largely crap and cannot be absorbed.
26) A multivitamin is easier than injecting, yet many forget while never forgetting their injections.
27) The hot girl at the gym is not interested in me.
28) ..No matter how much I bench.
29) Never tan at the gym where you overhear a story beginning "When I was jerking off in the tanning bed..."
30) EF is the best.
