30 Day Cutting Cycle

I've been recreationally power lifting for about 5 years and in the past year have decided to transition to endurance running. Im 6'5'' and weight about 245 right now (cut down from 270) and still want to cut down to a lighter weight so I can run faster. This means losing both fat and muscle. Currently about 10% body fat. Planning on starting a cutting cycle Monday that will run for 30 days. Throughout I will keep my daily calorie intake at a deficit of 1000-1500 and will run between 30-45 miles per week depending on how the drugs make me feel. Last time I ran DNP I felt like shit and had zero motivation to train, but the bare minimum is 30 miles per week. Here is the cycle (I realize it's excessive, but I just want to see what happens):

600 mg DNP
100 mcg T3
15 mg GW50156
6mg Albuterol 3x daily
EC stack 3x daily

I will also probably start a daily log if you guys are interested.
 
Damn this is one unhealthy cycle to run. Do you really want to stress your body that much just to be a runner?

DNP can literally kill you - do you realize that? Do you need to run faster that bad, if you are ready to die to it? I just don't understand it. Does your life depend on your ability to run faster? Is there a lion chasing you everyday on your way to work, and you need to run faster in order not to become his pray?

Then comes the T3 - it is a very risky thing to use thyroid medication without a real need to do so. It is a delicate gland, and you can easily mess it up. Not long ago I have personally seen the case of a lady who took t3 for leaning out. In the beginning everything went well, but then she had a bad reaction to it, and had to stop taking it. Guess what - she started gaining weight without control, and docs still can't figure out how to straighten things up. You should never take thyroid medication without a proper prescription given based on actual blood work. These are no jokes.

Cardarine is definitely a very good choice for your goals, as it will decrease fat, maintain lean mass, and will give you a drastic boost in endurance and recovery.

Now for the albutero and ephedrine - both are potent stimulants, and they will cause a host of side effects (headaches, tremors, insomnia, high blood pressure). Besides, they will also raise your cortisol levels, which may translate into fat gain once you stop taking them.

All in all, it looks more like a suicidal stack, and "I just want to see what happens" is not a good reason to risk so much with your health. After all, your won't be doing much running if you fuck up your body.


Don't take my words too close to your heart - I just want to make sure you realize all the risks associated to the use of these compounds.
 
Stacking 6 different drugs isn't going to make you lose more fat.

600mg of DNP is far too much and 30 days is too long

ECA and Albutetol burn fat through the same process.. so stacking them is pointless.

100mcg of T3 is far too much, especially without AAS.

This entire thing is a mess and very poorly put together.
 
600mg of DNP a day is extremely tough.. you not only are doing that but you are running some other harsh drugs on top of it.

serious question, do you think simple daily cardio for 30 days would be a healthier option then this ? or is it that you are too lazy to actually go do it
 
I would not run this cycle at all. For someone who plans to run 30-45 miles per week I am amazed you would be so lazy as to run these compounds. Just running that much with a proper diet will accomplish your goals. I would hate to see you injure yourself with these nasty drugs.
 
Dude, don't do DNP. Being ripped doesn't do you much good if you're in a coffin.

I agree with masonic. Naturally, i cut from 245 to 165 in about 9 months (for bb comeptition). Diet, workout and cardio. Running about 25 miles a week . One fasted run of 2.5 miles and another in the afternoon of 2.5 miles. You do not need drugs to obtain your goals and it will be much healthier.
