I've been recreationally power lifting for about 5 years and in the past year have decided to transition to endurance running. Im 6'5'' and weight about 245 right now (cut down from 270) and still want to cut down to a lighter weight so I can run faster. This means losing both fat and muscle. Currently about 10% body fat. Planning on starting a cutting cycle Monday that will run for 30 days. Throughout I will keep my daily calorie intake at a deficit of 1000-1500 and will run between 30-45 miles per week depending on how the drugs make me feel. Last time I ran DNP I felt like shit and had zero motivation to train, but the bare minimum is 30 miles per week. Here is the cycle (I realize it's excessive, but I just want to see what happens):
600 mg DNP
100 mcg T3
15 mg GW50156
6mg Albuterol 3x daily
EC stack 3x daily
I will also probably start a daily log if you guys are interested.
