ok 3 weeks is all wrapped up. besides the lethargy and moody attitude things are looking good. body compisition is changing as well. going to start hiit cardio this week too. just an update bro's and gals

btw no unschedualed cheat days thus far!

Are you taking plenty of the 'good' fats i.e. flax/fish/olive etc. spread out throughout the day?
 
What diet are you following? What were were stats at the start and what are they now?
