3 week progress

You guys are dicks. Put your pics up on here. I give you props man for posting your pics alone. Actually to tell you the truth you look to have the same makeup and build as myself. I'm 22.5 yrs, 6'3, 190lbs. With the way that I prefer to eat and live my body tends to like to stick around the "average joe" 180-185 mark now. 2 yrs ago I was sitting close to 160-165. Just keep up the good work. After wasting soo much money on legal supps and spending a few yrs working out hard, I did finally decide to get a cycle and got up to 215 last summer, but didn't do it correctly and crashed. Now I'm at the 190, I've been off for 4 months now and the gains have been progressive since the last couple of weeks when I was at 185. I tell you the hardest thing to do witch I never really did was eat. I drink at least a gallon of milk a day and eat grips of protein and very little carbs. I've even started a thermo pill to help me cut, and have noticed a little difference but it's only been a week with the thermos. I liked being at 215lbs, but I ate like a pig and it wasn't quality wieght. My goal now is to get up to a least 200lbs and then hit the "gym candy" LOL, while continuing with my new eating/training habits and to do the cycle right this time. Training natural is hard, training while "on" is hard too, you still get just as, or more tired because of all the mentality behind bodybuilding. Keep it up man and hit those abs with some heavy weights so you can get that washboard going on. I wanna see some progressive pics on you cause I think it's Ironic with our body types. I swear you could be my twin a couple of years ago. I'll get some up and we'll have a contest or something for abs. Your going down!!!!! LOL HA HA
