Hey guys

Wanted to ask what you think about my results.
My stats:
Started Training in 1999.
Since then I cutted down almost 40kg [88lbs] (from 113kg [250lbs] in 1999 to 74kg [163lbs] actually).
I NEVER took any roids, fatburners and so on.
I just use Protein Powder and sometimes Creatine.
My routine is some mix of Powerlifting and BB-Training with some additional cardio.
Oh yeah, and I'm 25 years old, 177cm [5.8feet] tall.

I'm still not satisfied with my pecs and my arms. They're not growing as expected. :(

congratulations man!!...if you was 250 pounds of fat, you was killing yourself. Now you have a long life ahead to live eating well, training well, growing and feeling that great mood that unhealthy people doesn't have.

Wow, great Lat spread!

I would advise to focus on at least two of the 3 major lifts. This will add some size overall, and should help you to thicken up. Make sure you give your self lots of recovery time also.

Yeah, thanks for the advice.
That's what I'm actually doing, focusing on the 3 Powerlifts to add more size to the pecs and to the legs.
And in some way it also works, but my lat keeps still growing.
And it seems to be unable to add some size to the biceps.
Dunno why but no matter who I train it doesn't add size.

Congrats Man!
I hope to do the same, i was 104 kg then i loose almost 30, but now has been very difficult to make the body i want. I wan to start a regular workout, i bought creatine and picolinate, what do you think?

Well, I never heard of Picolinate. So I dunno what it is.
Creatine is nice to add some size and power, but imho it is not necessary.
I did the biggest progress by increasing the daily protein intake.
About 2-3g for each kg of body weight. Carbo in a moderate way and low fat.
Additionally heavy training and it went on. :)
